I tried to get to the steampunk look while staying cyberpunk and ignore the intention to put steam tubes and gas tanks everywhere.

Для стимпанка вроде как более актуальна "викторианская" стилистика, разве нет? Во всяком случае, ей активно злоупотребляют в этом направлении. Здесь же мне сразу на ум пришел "Пятый элемент" или Чайна-таун в дневном Лос-Анджелесе из "Бегущего по лезвию". Выглядит отлично, категорически одобряю!
